basic idea:
is to continue and relaunch the business community managed.
facts:
- gym for men only
- the club is not about health or fitness it's about pumping iron and bodybuilding
- the place was run for 15 years by a bodybuilder and is very well known
- ~150-180 m2
- ~40 members paying 40 euros (~55 USD) per month
- ~2k euro fixed costs per month (without staff)
investment:
- 5-10k euro for the equipment and furniture
- 5-10k euro for the refurbishment
