I want to create a social network made for all all ages 13 and up. The difference in the network that I want to create from the others is that it will be using Flash and Ajax, to create a faster more joyful experience.

I would like to be able to give away a two prizes every month one to the most active user and the other randomly.

I want to get a group of professonal web designers and programmers so that the website is constantly being updated with the top technologies. On every holiday have the header of the website be customized for what holiday it is.

I want to intergrate advertisments litely at first so users are not scared away. I would like to have one skyscrapper on the main page and one on each video page.

I estimate that it will cost $20,300 for the first year:
