For sure!

CouchTycoon doesn´t take a penny from any CouchTycoon who acts as an investor.

CouchTycoon gets money from the entrepreneur who starts a business. But only if a deal will be successfully closed!
That means:
If an entrepreneur tries to raise money for his venture, he does not have to pay anything until his venture will be fully funded.
If his venture will get fully funded - what means that every Asset Slip he offered on CouchTycoon must be bought from an investor - the CouchTycoon fees will be subtracted from the total raising amount.
